In addition to the whitetail, there is a herd of axis deer on the ranch with several nice trophies. In addition to the deer herd, the ranch offers great hunting for dove, quail, and winter duck hunting on the lakes. There is also a good turkey population on the ranch.

Minerals: There is no mineral production on the ranch. The seller will convey a mineral royalty interest with the sale of the property.
